Miss Phumudzo Faith Magwalivha is the founder of Mashaka brand. The Vision of Mashaka is to create a powerful and sustainable brand built by women, to bring a different way of doing business that changes the life of a nation. Miss Faith believes that any generations can be taught better when its still young hence she has founded projects that education young people especially young women about business skills and community development. One of these projects is Young Women in Business(YWIB).

Miss Elsie Mashamba

Miss Elsie Mashamba is the financial officer. She handles all finance and budgets of Mashaka. Miss Elsie has been very instrumental in building the Mashaka brand from it's operations to now finance management. She is also involved in the development part of the brand since Mashaka's vision goes in different industries.
